LEADERSHIP COACHING

Partnering with you in providing customised Executive Coaching interventions for your senior leadership team development (for individual and intact team competency coaching sessions), ARC's coaching conversations start with individual and/or collective leadership profiling sessions, and range from contracting individual and/or team development commitments to on-going coaching sessions (fortnightly intervals are recommended).

ARC often works closely with members of the BOD or the Group CEO to ensure a comprehensive alignment between overall strategy and the leaders' role/performance expectations and competencies.

ARC provides consulting services towards supporting and developing your organisational Employee Engagement practices, working with or through the leadership and/or the human capital teams. Working directly via employee listening and engagement sessions, ARC aligns solutions and interventions that bridge the multiple stakeholders' needs in benefiting the overall work and organisational culture.
